"Healing is not a luxury. It's possible — and our IOP gives adults the structure, consistency, and clinical depth to make it real."

What to Expect

Step 1 — Initial Assessment
Before beginning IOP, every client completes a confidential clinical assessment with a licensed clinician. This helps us understand your history, current challenges, and goals — and ensures IOP is the right level of care for where you are right now.
Step 2 — Your Personalized Treatment Plan +
Following your assessment, your assigned clinician develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and schedule. No two plans are identical. Yours will outline your therapy modalities, session frequency, progress milestones, and step-down criteria.
Step 3 — Group & Individual Therapy +
Sessions run seven days a week with morning, afternoon, and evening options. Each week includes structured group therapy sessions (90 minutes each) facilitated by a licensed clinician, plus one dedicated individual session. Group sizes are kept small — 6 to 10 clients — to ensure every voice is heard.
Step 4 — Skills-Based Workshops +
Alongside therapy, clients attend weekly skills workshops covering emotional regulation, distress tolerance, communication, boundary-setting, and relapse prevention. These practical tools are designed to be used in real life — at work, at home, and in relationships.
Step 5 — Progress Reviews & Adjustments +
Progress is reviewed regularly — typically every two to three weeks — with your clinician. If your needs change, your treatment plan is adjusted accordingly. IOP typically runs 8 to 12 weeks, with a supported transition plan when you are ready to move forward.
Step 6 — Discharge & Aftercare Planning +
Leaving IOP is a planned, supported process — not an abrupt ending. Your clinician works with you to build a comprehensive aftercare plan including step-down therapy, community resources, peer support connections, and any referrals needed to sustain your progress long-term.
