What is Mood Disorders Treatment?
Hope Restoration Center's Mood Disorders program provides specialized, evidence-based outpatient care for adults living with bipolar disorder, cyclothymia, dysthymia, and related mood conditions. Mood disorders are complex, chronic, and often misunderstood — but with the right treatment, they are highly manageable.
Our licensed clinicians provide structured, evidence-based outpatient care — combining therapy and mood stabilization strategies to help adults with mood disorders live full, stable, and meaningful lives. Your treatment may include:
- Mood stabilization therapy & DBT skills
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Interpersonal & Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT)
- Mood awareness & early warning sign planning
- Psychoeducation on mood cycles & triggers
- Relapse prevention & early warning sign planning
- Individual & group therapy sessions
- Family psychoeducation where appropriate
Mood disorders treatment is ideal for adults who have received a diagnosis of bipolar I or II, cyclothymia, dysthymia, or a related condition — or those who experience significant mood episodes, cycling, or instability that is affecting their relationships, work, and daily functioning.
